Ring Sizing

Most lady's rings are sold in stock sizes 6 to 6.5 and men's in stock sizes 10 to 10.5.

Generally stock size rings can be safely sized up or down two (2) sizes.

Skeie's Jewelers happily offers one (1) complimentary sizing with the purchase of your new ring. Please note sizing requests in the comment section of your order form.

Please allow three (3) to five (5) additional business days to your delivery date to accommodate time for sizing your ring. Please be aware : Some rings, such as Eternity, Channel, and Tension Settings as well as some other styles will not tolerate sizing must be special ordered in your size.

Special/Custom orders for specific sizes may take up to twelve (12) weeks.

In addition, some of our manufacturers require an additional surcharge for special orders and larger sizes.

You will be contacted before your order is processed if there is an additional fee for sizing or a need to special order a custom size.

Payment
Skeies.Com Accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. Bankcards used for online purchases must be issued by a US bank and your billing address for your order must match the billing address on record with your credit card company.
Card Identification Number
The card identification number (CIN) is a 3 or 4 digit,number that provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. This security feature is designed to protect you against consumer fraud. Your CIN will not be stored or maintained on any of our systems and you will need to provide the number every time you purchase on our site.
Sales Tax
Skeies.Com is an Oregon business, there is NO sales tax applied to any purchase at Skeies.com.
Shipping
At Skeies.Com, we do our best to have all items represented on our web site available to you for immediate shipment, however due to the nature of our products, this is not always possible. If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Items will be shipped to you insured, signature required, using UPS, FedEx , or through the US Post Office.

In stock items that need no modifications or ring sizing will be shipped within 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) of your order being placed. We will try to accommodate rush orders or overnight delivery requests placed by noon P.S.T. the same business day. Notify us of your special requests in the comment section of your order form.

Insurance to cover damage to goods during shipment is included in the cost of delivery at no additional charge. If merchandise is damaged in transit, the customer should immediately file a claim with the carrier in accordance with the carrier's then-current policies and procedures.

Skeies.Com will only ship merchandise to United States addresses, or US Embassy / Military APO or FPO addresses.

Returns

If you are not happy with any item you have purchased online, you may return it to us within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Exchanges may be made within thirty (30) business days of receipt.

Special orders, sized, engraved, altered or used merchandise is not returnable. However, Exchanging Special Order (non engraved, sized, altered or worn) items will be considered on a case by case basis.

Refunds will be made only to the purchaser of item, and only in the exact method of original payment.

Shipping Charges from the original purchase are not refundable.

All product packaging, warranties, manuals and other materials must be returned with the merchandise.

If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $200 replacement cost.

Rings special ordered in non-standard sizes are non-returnable (sizes other than 6-6.5 for women and 10-10.5 for men).

Return merchandise will not be accepted for return without a Return Authorization Number, which we will provide by return e-mail after you complete the online return request form.

Returns without a receipt or items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

The cost of returning any item will be incurred by the customer except in the event that the wrong item is shipped, or merchandise is received in a damaged or defective state.
