Your jewelry is a part of your story, and sometimes it needs a little TLC. We have expert jewelers and goldsmiths available to repair, resize, polish, and much, much more- even if your piece is not a Skies original! We're happy to offer on-the-spot, complimentary cleaning services for all your jewelry!
We take all items in for a 24-48 hour review and estimate; this is completely complimentary. We do not begin any work until you have approved the estimate and repair plan.
Repairs can take up to 6 weeks but turnaround time will vary depending on the item itself and what is necessary. Our repair team will give you the best time estimate possible, however, please be aware that this can change.
Unfortunately, we cannot repair gold-plated items.
We have GIA-Certified gemologists on site to offer appraisal services for insurance and replacement value.
Appraisals are offered by appointment only, and start at $150. Give us a call at 541-345-0354 to book your appointment!
We're located in Eugene, Oregon and have no sales tax - even if we're shipping it out to you! The price you see is the price you pay!
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order and prepare shipment. We are currently only able to ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
All Skeie's purchases are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Our standard flat-rate shipping is 2-3 days.

$25 Flat Rate Shipping on orders up to $500
Free 2-day shipping on all purchases over $500.
$50 Express Shipping on purchases under $5000
$100 Express Shipping on purchases $5000 and over
We understand that sometimes a piece just doesn't work out. We're happy to offer a full refund within 30 days, or a store exchange, as long as the item is returned unworn and with all original boxes. Return shipping is at the expense of the sender; we recommend sending items back insured.
