We offer free shipping on all orders over $500. Our standard shipping is 2-7 days; all items are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

We do not offer price matching; we strive to price competitively and fairly from the very beginning.

Repairs can take up to 6 weeks, but turnaround time will vary depending on the item itself and what is necessary. Our repair team will give you the best time estimate possible, however, please be aware this can change.

Skeie's also utilizes an off-set repair partner for some repairs and will review that with you if your item is a candidate for our off-site partner.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer on-the-spot repair services; we do however offer on-the-spot complimentary cleaning services for all your jewelry - even if it isn't a Skeie's piece!

We have a team of expert goldsmiths and jewelers on site, and can work on a large range of repair needs.

Common repairs include ring sizing, polishing, rhodium plating, adjusting chain length, replacing clasps, re-stringing services, and more.

There is no appointment necessary to drop of your items for review and estimates.

Skeie's Jewelers is a plaque-certified Rolex Service Center! Our watchmaker is certified through SAWTA (Swiss American Watchmakers Training Alliance).

We're proud to conduct most Rolex servicing here in-house, including but not limited to full movement service, polishing and refinishing, working on casing and bracelet components, and water-resistance testing.

DISCLAIMER: Though we offer a variety of services, we are unable to guarantee service before reviewing the timepiece. There is no appointment needed to drop off your Rolex, and no fee for the review and estimate.

Pricing varies depending on the servicing needed and will be reviewed with you before servicing begins.

We take all jewelry and watches in for review and estimation before beginning any work; the review is complimentary and we will always approve estimates with you before we begin any work.

We cannot give price estimates over the phone or online, as every piece can vary.

We have an in-house team of bench jewelers, as well as an off-site partner that we work with. We will let you know during the review and estimates if your piece will be done in-house or with our partner.

We offer complimentary jewelry cleaning, available on the spot. We will also take time to check your prongs and stones for security.

Our watch battery service is $20; we are able to change batteries out for most watches, with a few exceptions. No appointment needed!

In many cases, we can do a battery change on the spot. In some circumstances, we may ask that you leave it with us overnight and pick up the next day.

Our shop primarily works with 14k gold, 18k gold, and platinum. Silver is a case-by-case basis depending on what is needed.

Unfortunately, we are not able to work on gold-plated or stainless steel jewelry.

Unfortunately, we are unable to recycle gold into new custom pieces.

However, we do offer a gold trade for store credit; this is based on the going rate of gold/platinum and that value can be applied as store credit for customs, repairs, and new purchases.

Updated appraisals for insurance value start at $25.

Appraisals for items purchased at Skeie's are complimentary.

Appraisals can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to be completed depending on how many items are being appraised and the information available.
