Carriers

All orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If you require Next Day delivery, please call us at 541-345-0354 during business hours to make arrangements. Additional fees may apply for expedited services.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Processing time is in addition to transit time.
• Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

Stock Availability

We make every effort to keep our online inventory current with our in-store stock. However, on rare occasions, an item may appear available online but be out of stock in store.

In these cases, we can place a special order with an estimated arrival time of 3–4 weeks. Because jewelry purchases are often time-sensitive, we will contact you promptly if this situation arises.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within the United States.
• Orders to package forwarding services cannot be processed.
