Since we're located in Eugene, Oregon, we do NOT charge sales tax. The prices you see are the prices you pay!

We offer free shipping on orders over $500. Express Shipping is available for $50 and 2-7 day shipping for $25.

Unfortunately, we do not price match. Here at Skeie's Jewelers, we ensure our prices are fair and accurately represent the value of the item you are purchasing.


On average, repairs will take 5-8 weeks, in house.

In addition, we work with a trusted partner to outsource some repairs, with a turnaround time of about 3-4 weeks.

Sizing rings and bands, re-tipping prongs on rings, polishing, refinishing and rhodium plating jewelry, stone-setting and tightening, clasp replacement, shortening or lengthening chains, jewelry restoration, jewelry cleaning

Skeie's Jewelers is a plaque-certified Rolex Service Center! Our watchmaker is certified through SAWTA (Swiss American Watchmakers Training Alliance). We conduct most Rolex-related services in-house including but not limited to: full movement service, polishing/refinishing, casing and bracelet components, and water-resistance testing. DISCLAIMER: Though we offer a variety of services, we are unable to guarantee service for a specific piece or watch. For best assessment, please visit our store with the item you would like to have repaired, so we can best assist you.

Pricing for repairs and Rolex servicing is entirely dependent on the item or Rolex timepiece itself and the level of service needed. We are only able to provide you with a price on the repair or Rolex servicing if you bring the item in to our store. All of our repairs are done in-house with a few exceptions.

We do not charge to clean jewelry. We will also check the prongs on your rings to make sure they are in great shape!

We are able to change almost all watch batteries with a few exceptions at $20 per item.

Our shop primarily works with 14k and 18k gold and platinum. Silver is a case-by-case basis.

Our shop does not work with any plated jewelry, costume or fashion jewelry, titanium and tungsten.

Unfortunately, we are unable to recycle gold into new custom pieces. However, if you would like to trade-in some of your gold to contribute to a new piece, we will gladly accept this!

  • Vintage and Antique Pieces: Our expertise extends to vintage and antique jewelry, where we consider historical significance, craftsmanship, and collector's value.
  • Designer Jewelry: We appraise designer pieces from renowned brands, factoring in brand reputation, materials, craftsmanship, and market demand.
  • Custom-Made Jewelry: Custom jewelry pieces are evaluated based on their unique design, materials used, and craftsmanship, ensuring a fair appraisal.
  • Pearls: Our appraisers assess pearl jewelry, considering factors like size, luster, shape, surface quality, and overall rarity.
  • Watches: We also appraise high-end watches, taking into account brand, model, age, condition, and market demand.
  • Estate Jewelry: Estate jewelry is evaluated based on its historical context, provenance, and market demand among collectors.
  • Costume Jewelry: We provide appraisals for costume jewelry, considering factors like materials, design, and potential vintage or collector's value.

Our experienced appraiser uses their expertise and industry knowledge to determine the fair market value of these jewelry items, providing accurate and reliable appraisals for various purposes, including insurance, resale, estate planning, and more.

The cost for new appraisals is $150.00 per item.

Re-appraisals for non-Skeie's items is $25.00.

Items purchased at Skeie's is at no cost. 

Please keep in mind that we complete no more than 5 appraisals per week.

Appraisals can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to be completed.

No appointment is necessary for single appraisal requests, please drop off your item at your convenience. We will call you when the appraisal has been completed.

There is a limit of one appraisal per-customer at a given time. Please reach out via phone or email if you require more than one appraisal at a given time.


All of our diamonds go through the Kimberly Process, which ensures that we are not purchasing diamonds from war-torn countries. We also have a gemologist on-hand with over 40 years experience in the jewelry industry to reaffirm our diamond sourcing.

Unfortunately, we do not carry Pandora Jewelry.
