With its accommodating 40mm diameter, this model combines presence and wearability with ease. The case embodies the contemporary Grand Seiko Style with its pleasing blend of hairline and mirror-polish finishing on top of ergonomic geometry. The deep black dial gives the watch a more compact look, and the strong three-dimensional indexes pair perfectly with the bold handset, resulting in a highly legible watch even at a glance.
Inside is Caliber 9S65, an automatic movement with manual winding capacity rated to +5 to -3 seconds a day. It features a power reserve of 72 hours, made possible through proprietary hairspring technology and an escapement made via MEMS.
