Nicknamed "Panda" by enthusiasts for its contrasting dial configuration, this mechanical chronograph houses the sophisticated Caliber 8R48 movement with column wheel and vertical clutch mechanisms. These premium components ensure buttery-smooth chronograph hand activation while preserving power reserve efficiency during timing operations. Measuring 42mm in diameter with a slim 14.6mm profile, the case flows seamlessly into the multi-row bracelet through expertly contoured lugs.
The silver dial, framed by a tachymeter bezel, displays blue-gray subdials and an orange chronograph hand that pay homage to the original model's sporting heritage. Capable of measuring elapsed time up to 12 hours in 1/8-second increments, the 34-jewel automatic movement beats at a high-beat 28,800 vibrations per hour with 45 hours of power reserve. The dual-curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating and super-hard case coating provide durability befitting serious motorsport timing, while LumiBrite hands and markers ensure legibility in any conditions.
