Arita Porcelain, prized for its unique shades of blue and white, is among the classic expressions of Japanese artistry showcased in the Presage Craftsmanship Series, and is used to create high-strength, three-dimensional dials, individually crafted by master artisans in a multi-step process combining technical innovation with centuries of inspiration.
In “Hakuji” (pure white) with blue accents, the beautifully finished dial features a 24-hour subdial at 6 o’clock and employs a subtle pattern on the center section for a three-dimensional effect enhanced by the curved hands and indices providing a soft, luxurious impression.
The 24-jewel automatic movement beats at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, with an approximately 72-hour power reserve and manual winding capability. Crafted of stainless steel with super-hard coating, this extraordinary timepiece includes a dual-curved anti-reflective sapphire crystal and tri-fold push-button release clasp.
