This white enamel dial is brought to life by master craftsman Mitsuru Yokosawa and his team.
Employing techniques whose lauded depth and immutability can also be found on Seiko's very first wristwatch from 1913, the Laurel. The pure white vitreous enamel displays characteristic dimpling around the date aperture and hand holes, hallmarks of the high-temperature firing process that creates each unique dial.
Bold grey bar indices stand out against the exquisitely crafted enamel, while blue-colored hour, minute, and seconds hands contrast beautifully with the lustrous white surface. The crescent accent on the seconds hand tip symbolizes the moon's significance in Japanese aesthetics. Powered by caliber 6R55, the watch achieves a full 72-hour power reserve, allowing weekend removal without resetting. This marks the first appearance of this three-day movement in the Presage Craftsmanship Series.
The refined 40.2mm stainless steel case features elegant proportions conceived to showcase the dial artistry, while dual-curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating creates a slim visual profile. Water resistance reaches 100 meters despite the exhibition caseback.
